The following are terms and conditions of sale.
By using the HORIBA MIRA webstore you give consent for your registration details to be stored in a database system by HORIBA MIRA, in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and any other relevant legislation. HORIBA MIRA may use this data to provide you with further information about the tuition you are to receive or other services from time to time that we consider may be of interest or relevance to you. If you wish to have your details amended or deleted please contact HORIBA MIRA administration
Payments for sales are taken through WorldPay.
Goods and Services Offered:
Through this site, HORIBA MIRA Ltd offers training courses and Aero-Data.
On receipt of a registration or purchase, an acknowledgement will be emailed to you. This is an indication that your place(s) have been provisionally reserved or an Aero-Data report has been purchased. We will confirm your course place(s) on receipt of payment. Invoices will be sent by email. Joining instructions and a final agenda will be sent (by e-mail) to confirmed attendees around two weeks before the course date. If you have registered to attend a course and have not received these details by five working days before the course, please contact HORIBA MIRA administration.
Training places are limited. Courses may be cancelled by emailing HORIBA MIRA administration.
Cancellation charges will apply in accordance with the following policy:
1. 4 weeks or more before the first day of the course – full refund subject to an administration fee.
2. Less than 4 but more than 2 weeks before the first day of the course – 50% refund.
3. Less than 2 weeks before the first day of the course – no refund.
Substitute course attendees can be made without charge. In all cases where a refund is made, HORIBA MIRA Ltd reserve the right to pass on any transaction charges levied by the card processor, WorldPay, directly to you.
Aero-Data reports are downloadable and once downloaded are not refundable. If you have made a purchase in error, please contact HORIBA MIRA administration.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of your contract with us.
Refunds for business purchases will be given at the discretion of HORIBA MIRA’s directors.
Delivery Policy – Course dates
HORIBA MIRA will make all reasonable efforts to run courses as advertised, but reserve the right to change, postpone or cancel at short notice any parts of its published training programme due to unforeseen circumstances, In the unlikely event of cancellation, a full refund will be made of the fee or delegates can elect to use the fee as credit for a future course date. HORIBA MIRA disclaims any further liability.
The course material is and remains the property of HORIBA MIRA. It must be stressed that the course material is for the private study of the course participant to whom it is provided.
Aero-Data reports are copyright and upon purchase will be stamped with your details. Aero-Data reports are not for resale once purchased and are not to be copied or shared.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and HORIBA MIRA Ltd will take place on the dispatch of the training course booking confirmation or Aero-Data download.
This contract is governed by English law, and disputes will be resolved under this jurisdiction.
HORIBA MIRA Ltd reserves the right not to accept an order, in which case you will be notified by e-mail.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
* The course you ordered being oversubscribed
* Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
* The identification of a pricing or course description error
