Aim the Course
To provide an understanding of Li-ion cells, battery packs and battery management systems, and their typical application to electric vehicles.
The course will begin with an overview of the cells and battery packs alongside the different types of cells and chemistries used in electric vehicles.
Following on from the introduction, the course will then progress to a greater level of understanding on the areas applicable to Li-ion battery pack usage in electric vehicles including the battery lifecycle, main system components and primary control strategies

The training session will include an evaluation test. Results of this test will be provided via email on the following working day.
